Spirit Guide Protection (Proteção do nosso guia espiritual)

Our Spirit Guide protects us against small and big dangers of life. But if he warns us a few times against a trap and we refuse to pay attention, insisting on doing the same mistake, he will step aside and let us learn with our mistakes. We should always listen to his gentle guidance, which might come to us on the form of intuitive thoughts, knowing that he is our best friend and has our best interest in his heart.

Proteção do Nosso Guia Espiritual

Seeds (Sementes)

We go through our lives planting seeds and, in the old age, we reap the fruits of what we planted. If we gave a lot of love to our family, we will receive a lot of love. If we helped the ones in need, we will be helped as well. Everything that we give comes back to us in double.

"Give and you shall receive" Luke 6:38.

Seeds (Sementes)

"Dai e recebereis" Lucas 6:38

The First Lesson (A primeira lição)

Sometimes what we think needs to be said to someone should not be said, even if it sounds perfectly reasonable to us. The truth is not always easy to listen to and should be told at the right moment, in the right way. The great masters, like Jesus, used parables to transmit their lessons because their disciples weren’t ready to understand what they had to say.

Simplicity is the key to everything. Besides, who said that we know best? Silence is always the greatest master. A person too eager to teach should first teach herself the art of silence.

A primeira lição

FRIENDLY NOTE

My Brother

Nobody expects that you become a millionaire or a saint before the good enlightens your heart and guide your steps.

Sublime is a charity that turns into comfort.

Divine a charity that converts into radiant love.

From tiny seeds come the giant trees that sustain life.

Avoid talking about yourself.

Fulfill your duty without interfering with the tasks of others.

Do not look for praise while going about your obligations.

Do not get stuck to small things, when the overall good requires your collaboration.

Forgive offenses quietly...

(From the book "Our Book", by the Spirit Emmanuel, Francisco Cândido Xavier, posted first on the blog Alvorada Espiritual)

BILHETE AMIGO

NATIVE AMERICAN WISDOM

“When it comes time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song, and die like a hero going home.”

Chief Aupumut, Mohican. 1725

Chief Aupumut, Moicano. 1725
